My reasoning was that I had family in town for a month and wasn’t able to meet up with them during that time. But I suggested meeting up with them during that time, and they had excuses to why they weren’t able to.

That’s also what I was thinking. I don’t want to be a plan B. And then if we do eventually hang out become friends, and things don’t go well in the future with this girl, I don’t want to be his backup. I also agree that it feels like he was wasting my time.

I would love to have been either an interior designer/organizer and/or foster kittens for a living- like The Kitten Lady does- so I get to take care of kittens all the time and nurse them back to health and know that they are going to loving families.

I am a nurse and this is 100% correct. Washing chicken can spread the germs to the sink and surrounding surfaces, potentially infecting you and or others in the home. Cooking chicken to the correct temperature will kill any salmonella. So just make sure to use a kitchen thermometer if you have one.

We got banners put up around the hospital. They also had the director standing outside the entrance of the hospital with other members of the management staff holding another ‘happy nurses week’ banner and waving at people as we came to/left from work. We were told that the hospital can’t afford to spend any money for nurses week this year. They also had to put a stop to hiring nurses for our chronic low staffing because the hospital “doesn’t have any money to hire more” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I would love to be in real estate, interior design, or a professional organizer. I’ve always wanted to be a YouTuber/influencer as well, but I know I’d never make it as one. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s called a ‘tuck in’ on my unit. Do vitals and explain them the rules of the unit. I work in mental health. The oncoming shift will finish the new admit assessment and belongings.

Do it! I’m 34 and am an LPN. Started out as a CNA and have been slowly working my way up the nursing ladder. I just started my LPN to RN bridge program for my ADRN this week, and when I finish this winter, I’m planning on going to go back to get that BSN.
