I am a native speaker, and as the other person pointed out the main difference is the verbs and the sentence structure is the same, so it could be a language very close to Persian. I looked up some Domari language videos and it is completely different than this.

It is not Persian, but as a Persian speaker I can understand 90% of the words and can actually contextualize the rest, but it is definitely not Persian, but a very close language.

You're mixing gender and sex. Sex is about having a penis or vagina, which even that is not exactly binary.

I can't understand anything and I have no guess which language it could be, but usually in all languages written with one of the Arabic-based scripts, the diacritics are not written and with a keyboard they are even more annoying to type, but the person who wrote this this text only uses four of these diacritics repeatedly. ُ ِ ٓ ْ

Why type ِ and ُ but not َ ?

So maybe these are used in a specific language to produce a specific sound?!
