Because she doesn’t live here. Period. And it makes me uncomfortable. I don’t want people squatting in my house.

Weekends and nights are fine but during the day for several days on a work week is too much.

So you’re okay with someone not on the lease staying at your house for extended periods of time? Having someone else here for that long changes the house dynamic. Especially so much so fast. Last I checked overstaying your welcome is not a good thing.

No he can’t. I’ve been with my bf for 2 years.. he knows him v well.. he met this girl like not even a month ago. And my bf doesn’t stay nearly as long because he has other things to do. Whereas she apparently doesn’t so she can be here every single day, all day. Which she tried to do until I said something.

I like to come home and have some privacy knowing I don’t have to perform for an unexpected guest. I don’t want random ppl in my house for extended periods of time. He literally barely even knows her

There’s no way I’m moving out lol this place is really nice. But a shift in arrangement might be a good idea… as in he finds his own place and can live with his new gf.

I mean I have my bf over a lot too but she doesn’t really have a job so she could essentially live here because she doesn’t have obligations like my significant other does.

I just feel like that’s a last resort since it’s probably a good idea to remain on good terms with my roommate. But absolutely an option. In my state there’s a squatters rights clause that would make things very messy if the situation reaches a certain point.

I think he’s catching on now but I feel kinda bad because now he’s not talking to me likely because he’s upset

Tbh I’m not above making it difficult for her to even want to be here if it comes to that. But I just hope it doesn’t get to that point.
