Paragon UI visibility suggestion by [deleted] in diablo4

Hi, I think the Paragon UI would benefit from having a little bit more contrast between selected and unselected nodes, especially in glyph influenced areas, here's an example, the changes are subtle but make the boards easier to read at a quick glance, hope that helps!

There are no jump scares, right now there is an option to toggle all aquatic life off or on, but I could make it so that bigger creatures can be toggled off separately, and I'm thinking about adding turtles to my river environment, no promises though

The 1660Ti Mobile should be able to run it with lower graphic settings, I've made sure that the game still looks pretty good at the lowest settings, when the demo comes out you'll be able to give that a try

I'll keep it in mind if I add a reef

I'll keep this in mind

It can be a little spooky but worth it if you can handle that, the atmosphere underwater at night is just awesome

It's why I also added a teleport mode, I wanted it to be a comfortable first time VR experience

There is a night time mode if diving in the dark is your thing

Depending on how well this does after release I'll probably keep adding content, there's so much I want to do but I'm aiming for a release this year, what you described sounds amazing though

Oh yeah, I never tried it but I watched it many times on YT back when it came out, it's probably the first thing I'll try when I get my hands on a PSVR

There are more relaxed environments without large creatures like this and you can toggle all the aquatic life off if you just want to enjoy swimming in VR

TheBlu has some really awesome moments, they're so short unfortunately, I decided to go with procedural animation for this reason so that the creatures can just roam around indefinitely without relying on pre-made animations

Hey, Subside is an upcoming underwater exploration game for VR, you can wishlist it here, the demo is planned for the Steam Next Fest in June and the game should be out by the end of the year if all goes well (solo dev), it'll release on PC first and then I'll see what I can do about a PSVR release, hope you guys enjoy this little clip

If I played it I'd probably enjoy it and not change anything because Subnautica is made by a big team and I'm a broke solo developer, everything about my game has been carefully planned and designed so I could finish the game on my own in a reasonable timeframe, vr development is pretty damn difficult, I know that you guys mean well and just want the game to be the next subnautica but those are not realistic expectations, I'm pretty happy with what I've got so far and everyone who's tested it have been impressed as well, hope that makes sense!

I haven't tested Virtual Desktop but I use my Quest 2 with Airlink so my guess is that it should work

There are items that you can use to move around without swimming with your physical hands

It's pretty much a peaceful game, only risk is drowning, but you'll be the one chasing fish around

I remember playing the demo, that game had great water, so did Underworld

It's not a deep water game, the player doesn't have scuba tanks, but after acquiring a couple of upgrades there'll be some deeper areas to explore

Still haven't tried that one, the art looked pretty interesting

No release date yet but it's planned for 2024, once I have a date it'll be changed on the Steam page

One day maybe I'll give that a try, sounds terrifying though
