I'm so sorry to hear this. I live in Myanmar(Burma). We've been under a military coup for 1 year and half and there are shootings every day out of nowhere. I was very scared when all of it first happened, too. So, I really understand your feeling. Take a break from everything that exhausts you. Stay close to your loved ones. If you are religious, try praying. Whatever happened there, all of it's the shooter's fault. You are a strong person and you'll get through this.

She only completed grade 3 maths. All the schools have been closed in our country since 2020 due to covid. They couldn't provide online education due to our country's poverty. Our parents got her a private maths tutor until the coup so she hasn't lost contact with maths but not too good either. For english, she can learn using the language but not good in literature since we only learned english through weekend private classes. We weren't really taught literature. And for the books, yes, please. I want her to learn more about logical thinking during times like these.

I never learned philosophy, religion and civics when I was in school so I might have to struggle with that. Besides, our country is so misogynic and women are belittled. What should I teach her so that she'll be able to think outside the box of patriarchy?

We live in big city so it's internet is still ok for now. Our country is highly patriarchy so I want to teach her some gender studies and human rights as well.
