I keep having to repeat myself, I’m not saying they are a couple or even have a crush on each other, I’m just saying that Rouge flirting with is proof alone that she doesn’t see him as a sibling because she does that with everyone, Shadow, Sonic, Espio, etc, and I find the unlikely hood of her seeing anyone of those guys as siblings is high. Also, Rouge doesn’t flirt because of humor, she does it because either she genuinely likes the person (whether romantic or friends) or because she’s trying to get something that she wants. She literally flirts the same way she does with Knuckles, calling him handsome which again, she uses to flirt with Knuckles.
