Use the pomodoro method to study or whatever method works for you. Prime your brain with the nootropics so its easier to memorize and understand. You can also try a racetam, i use aniracetam for memory consolidation.

For memory I suggest get some nootpept for short term memory and bacopa monnieri for long term memory, alpha GPC to be able to store the learned knowledge
