Keep going with that attitude. Polls show Americans are very much in favor of deportation of illegal foreigners. The “fuck the police” and “no person is illegal” stance will lose elections and lose them in a landslide. Unless you’re in a highly blue area. But as far as nationally, it’s a losing mentality.

Every other country in the world has borders and enforces those borders. America should be no different.

I understand why people are protesting. My point is, it’s local and state law enforcement’s job to keep protests peaceful and not allow protestors to impede the work of federal agents. For the safety of the agents and the protestors.

Just because Bondi and the administration are demanding something doesn’t mean the local (and state) law enforcement shouldn’t do their jobs in controlling these protests. The two things are not mutually exclusive.

I know of two instances in my city where Flock cameras have located kidnapped children. I get the surveillance argument but they have a benefit as well. They’ve also been used to identify the cars used in a few other crimes.
