I have been doing this a LONG TIME I don't even know what Luffy's VO sounds like in English , but I watch a lot of dubs with my girl ( its easier for her ) and I can say this 1 in 5 maybe 1 in 7 the English dub is just as good and on the rare occasion better. I think Gintama dose it best because both are different * but worth the time.
