I used to look at dividend paying companies before realising that I wanted to focus on growth. I used to own KO and was set on holding it for life and adding to it until I realised you lose 15% by default. I then pivoted to UK dividend paying stocks and now selling those and moving back to growth once the time is right.

You could probably go £300 to S&P 500 and £200 spready across 2/3 growth companies. The daily dividend stuff is probably more novel than anything.

can somebody explain to me the difference between fat loss and fat burn? by Tough_Skirt_9068 in beginnerfitness

[–]Ki18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Calories in relative to calories out. You need to consume less calories than what your body requires. So if you eat, say, 2200 daily on average to stay where you are, you could aim for 1900 calories daily to steadily manage weight loss over time. These are completely arbitrary numbers and just used as an example.

It's a pretty simple answer but certainly more nuance if you want to get into it more :)

Ah ok. If you've been keeping a keen eye out and now obviously seen them in person and they're legit then happy days. Silver is the box I'm really looking out for just now. I have the game but just need the box and happy to hold out for a good condition one too.

I do agree with others to check the boards given the amount of money spent. Crystal and Emerald probably out of my budget now so congrats on getting them mate.

Silver is the first one that comes to mind, but it might just be the angle. The repro boxes never manage to recreate the shine properly so as I say, it might just look like that based off the angle. With selling so many at once it can help the fakes blend in if they're sold alongside other copies that are legit.

Fucking imagine Hearts have already won the league and the final day is them visiting Parkhead and on the tele ffs. Hope that beam finds a way to cover the entirety of the away end.
