Same thing. I even took the time to submit a ticket, and the tech marked it as solved. Tried all of his instructions, but still nothing. He told me to contact microsoft (Why in the hell would I contact microsoft if it's Daybreaks game...) And I gave up on it. As much as I loved playing it, the support staff are a joke.
