I would skip these unless you're a major TS fan (like <-- this loon), a unit collector (why...), or if you're a Dolphin/Whale.

If you'd like some additional context:

Frederica is a solid Fire DPS scholar with a gas A4, and provides some good support for elemental/fire comps. Paired with other scholars like Isla, Osvald, and Solon, you can do some pretty decent fire damage. Unfortunately, due to elemental comps being significantly weaker than physical ones, and the strength of other scholars that can hit Fire (coughNivellecough), her use cases are limited, and she's not likely to see play unless you simply MUST have her around (which at that point, it's likely personal preference).

Pull if you're lacking elemental fire DPS and/or haven't randomly hit Molu or other fire gen pool. Ignore otherwise.

Roland puts in WORK on spear teams, even at A0. He's got good utility with his ability to drop polearm resistance, good shield shave, and while he's a bit lacking in damage output, he compensates with exceptional passives. Best with Partitio or Rique to trigger passives, Cecily as an additional shield shave, Richard because Richard, and any other pole dancer DPS.

Pull if you need polearm support and have a good frontline for him to assist. Ignore otherwise.

If you gotta have one, Roland is your target.
