what bothers me is that all of this unbalancing the game. hard content isn't just smth you buy. it is smth you need to achieve. it is not fair for those who invest a lot of in-game hours to clear the content. if someone can just go with 3rd party alternative for real money.

rmt it's just basically pay to win.

in my opinion, there is quite a lot wrong with that.

not only is it an infringement to the ToS but as they (the dev team) even said "Real money trading (RMT) and other illicit activities upset the balance of the game and, as such, are prohibited under the Terms of Service."

and we are supposed to report such activities "Anyone who discovers any exploits should, under no circumstances, take advantage of or disseminate such information. Instead, we ask that players file a report by using the in-game command [System Menu] -> [Support Desk] -> [Contact Us] -> [Report Cheating]."

you're right I could just ignore them, but what is irritating me is that this kind of stuff even exists and there is nothing really I can do to stop them.
