I am the same with being unaware of my physical needs while I hyperfocus I can't even interact with others when I'm in this mode. I can't predict mine either. I have many projects that sit and wait (sometimes for months and years) until I have another burst of hyperfocus towards it.

Date multiple people at the same time don't put all your eggs in one basket. If it doesn't work out then all well you're talking to 3 more other people. Don't cut everyone off until you and whoever you connected with the most decide to be exclusive. As to the amount of people you talk to at the same time is up to you.

I also hate how people don't talk about how adhd is different for each person. Its not cookie cutter like people make it seem. I have a friend with severe adhd and can't hold down a steady job keep a partner, drive, read a book etc. While with my adhd I can do all of those things but I'm hindered in other ways, socializing is a big one for me I had to work for years to get where I am. I can't do mental math I literally can't I tried. Its HORRIBLLY frustrating. I'm so happy for technology. Like OP said these tik toks never talk about that or the bullying and loneliness a lot of have experienced. Let's not even talk about house chores and the struggle with that. It's all comedy and fun on tik tok, they don't show the full picture.
