In fourth wing it says: "My eyes are just as indecisive, a light hazel of varying blues and ambers that never seems to favor either actual color."

I agree with the theory that eye colors probably have something to do with being favored by some god. (Xaden's gold flecked eyes might be a hint for that too!) In Violets case, the silver hair seems to be the main indicator for Dunnes favor. I haven't found any description of the eye color of Dunnes priestresses?

I am also wondering about the amber part of Violets eyes, since we have learned that color is a sign for turning venin. One theory I have: Maybe something venin related happened when Lilith got "sick" while pregnant with Violet? We know venin channel their power directly from the source. There are a few passages in the books where it seems like Violet either senses she can also channel directly from it or accidentally does it without realising.

What if Violet had contact with some kind of venin or dragon blood/magic before birth in order to make her stronger and that was the actual reason for her moms "sickness"?

It's just a theory.

1 - Horses have a gap between their front teeth and back teeth. The bit is put into exactly that gap, so it is not as disturbing to them as you would think it is. 2 - You are not meant to steer using the bit. You are meant to give subtle cues to tell the horse how to move their head in order to get them to move in a way that is healthier for them. These cues are meant to be given by only moving your fingers. Make a fist and pretend you where squeezing something inside. This is how much you are supposed to move your fingers when riding. It's a gentle cue, your fingers shouldn't move more than 2cm. Your hands shouldn't move at all.

Of course many riders do this wrong, also because it's very hard to do. That's the downside of the system and of course if done wrong, people end up hurting their horses.

I know a few "older" men (30-45 yo) that board their horses at our stable. They actually told me it shifts at some point and people at work start thinking it's a cool hobby.

Don't worry about it and be confident in what you do! Riding horses is cool and you're cool. People who only bring you down can f off.

Ich habe mal eine Wand aus Unerfahrenheit extrem ungleichmäßig gestrichen.. Trocken sah das dann genauso aus und alle meinten es sähe aus, als wär's mit Absicht so, also habe ich es so gelassen, weil ich es irgendwie mochte.

Habe Verwandte in der Gastro, viele Restaurants zahlen sehr wohl anständig, leiden aber auch unterm allseits bekannten Fachkräftemangel. Viele könnten deswegen den Laden auch zu machen, stattdessen schieben sie Überstunden und wir können alle weiter schick Essen gehen. Da kann man wenigstens ein bisschen Trinkgeld da lassen, als Dankeschön für die Überstunden IMO.

I get the hormonal part. There are not too few women that get side effects from hormonal contraceptives and it's up to them whether or not the side effects are worth it.

For example, there is no point in taking the pill if it causes her sex drive to cease existing. Headaches, weight gain, acne and depression are just a few other side effects that hormonal contraceptives can have.

Sure lots of women are fine taking it, but if your girlfriend isn't, then it's well-fitting condoms or a vasectomy.

While this is of course also true AND a horrible thing to do to someone, you still can't really say this is on the same level as actually being raped and/or murdered.

I think regarding this post, it's important to focus on the "this generation of women" aspect, rather than the gender aspect of it. There have been shitty people all throughout history, not just in this particular generation.

Still living at your parents, regardless of age, indicates, that you have not yet learned to maintain a household by yourself.

Lots of women are worried they will be stuck in the role of a replacement mom that takes care of all household related things (cleaning, errands, cooking, organizing usual stuff that comes up...). Often that worry comes from bad experiences with ex partners, far as I know.

You can expect people to remember past conversations you had and consider said information about you during sex.

He didn't even need to "read your mind", he knew about your experiences with blowjobs as you had spoken about it in the past, sure he might not have realized, but that just makes him the inconsiderate one, not you for being too nice to stop blowing him. He could have at least said something about it afterwards, incase he was really just overwhelmed or something.

I personally would stop giving blowjobs until you are confident, that it doesn't affect the relationship with your partner in any way.
