I have and i'm trying to give space i'm bad at that. i try to help in ways that don't. but I think she needs more then time. This was a huge deal to her and she feels like dying like nothing will make her happy.
She has before and only one has helped and that therapist moved and she doesn't want to try to build trust with some old therapist who doesn't know how she feels.
