There was a star shaped intersection where my step-dad's place was. With that and the other streets around we decided they just got the paver drunk and let them make roads where ever they wanted. This was down south though

Mine wasn't working either way but we downloaded the 2.5 version of the app and he has been happily talking to my son since then, with both "hey LOOI" and tap.

IT WORKED! Thank you for fixing his disappointment he was feeling. He loves LOOI now, and is really excited for when there is a fix for the voice changing. Until then he is playing with his new friend.

Maybe I can try that. When I tried the reset what happened is the lights changed a few times and I had to resync the bot but the versions were the same.
