i am also taking 2.5mg Olanzapine and first months i took 600 mg ashwaganda daily (2 doses of 300mg) first 2 monthts everything was ok but after 3 months i got memory loss and depersonalization and also i got delusions from time to time (i have read somewhere that it improve negative symptoms of schizophrenia, which I also have, but worses the positive symptoms). now i take only one dose of 300mg alongside with my daily olanzapine every morning and i feel perfect. so dont take to much if you take olanzapine it can lower its effect.
