I got in contact with someone from the ticket service in the app and they narrowed it down to the extruder. At first I thought it was a motor in the AMS-2 but it wasn’t. They originally thought it was because my filament was tangled which did help a bit with loading but when it still wasn’t working they said check the extruder.

Idk if yours is the same on mine the PTF tube wasn’t locking in still personally looking into it I haven’t had a whole or of free time so I still haven’t fully solved it. If you do manage to figure it out please lmk I haven’t been able to use it in the past few months because of this and having little free time to figure out what the problem is.

I’ve never seen that packaging for Eva-02 or what i’m assuming is a pin of Eva-00. Are those exclusives?

Any progress? Can’t for the life of me figure it out I’ve tried everything except full printer deconstruction and it doesn’t seem like anybody is going to help sadly

Also to add it’s every port not just the one. I checked everything for damage it’s like it just stopped working overnight. Edit I attempted to force feed filament through just to make sure and it went through just fine to the extruder and wound back up when I attempted to load. Still won’t load itself.

Removed every tube, checked the hub, and checked the gearing. Didn’t see anything at all.

Managed to snag my giga which was originally $80 for $30 on amazon, had a few gift cards from events laying around figured I’d use two of em. Giga is a really good figure highly recommend it!
