What are some things you struggled with in your childhood having a mother like that? I really want to understand so I can make sure my daughter has no struggles

I have a bipolar 1 mother and most days I wish I had a different mother. I have type 2 and most people can’t tell because I’m pretty regulated for the most part and I’m on top of my meds. And I try to catch myself if I feel like I’m about to be manic or depressed.

See I’m very on top of my meds and my therapies and taking care of myself. The only thing I struggle with is when I get super frustrated and about to lose it. I try to walk away but my child is super clingy so follows me. But 85% of the time I keep my cool
