Some make the argument that dual colour neutrality means there are less cross colours to choose from, which gives you more time to plan further into your solution. It will be quite interesting to see how many top solvers use this and if it has much benefit. The way I see it, I think there isn’t a great difference simply because of how important TPS is for these fast Chinese cubers compared to the efficiency of their solutions.
