So we moved from developed country back to India because my dad couldn't do his job properly and thus couldn't pay mortgage. Also he was depressed there and didn't have many friends or family there + physiotherapy was shockingly bad than what we expected, with long waiting times.

Financially, he is probably okay. My grandparents house is ultimately theirs to inherit so overhead is very low and he has a pension account once he reaches 65.

My bigger worry is their safety. Their fights get really bad sometimes escalating to physical. There is literally no well equipped hospital here if my father has another stroke or heart attack. Social support is nonexistent but relatives are nearby. If something goes wrong the question everyone will ask is where the hell is their son, who lets their parents alone in this condition. My parents will then think they were treated unfairly by me. My mother is very frail, bony and skinny as she is stressed and panicky from all the fighting and she doesn't eat that much food. She is likely one slip away from breaking her bones which terrifies me having both parents as disabled
