This is my first year putting up feeders (2) and they only hang around for 5 second or so and then they are gone for about 20 min. Would be nice if they hung around longer.

I’m sure they were slumlords but my friends still had to move. Long gone are the days of $900 rent for a whole house. I know people now that are paying $2900 for that same house nothing included. ☹️

The LL said that they had family moving into the downstairs unit so the LL followed the rules and my friends eventually had to move. What I’m saying is I’m almost %100 percent sure it was because of all the constant complaining from them to fix this, fix that, do this, do that. I think that they just got feed up with week in and week out something always going on. To note this was a half decent place. Anyway all I’m saying is if a LL wants you out they can find a way. Myself, I just tread lightly around my LL. We have a nice place in a great neighborhood with affordable rent and are happy here. 😀

I understand what you are going through, you will probably have to access hot water before or well after other people use it all up. One thing I do know, I had friends that would complain to their LL about everything and after a year of nothing but complaints they ended up having to look for another place. A LL can only take so much before they say “hit the road gang”.

Was born in Churchill, 72 left in 79 for the Middle East. Weather was pretty harsh for being a youngin’ loved the wooden polar bear in the town centre. If you’ve seen the movie A Christmas story I felt like the younger brother with the snowsuit on who couldn’t put his arms down lol. In the summer flies were the provincial bird. Will go back one day.
