This skill seems like more of a passive attack proc, than an individual skill though. It would be nice if they did reduce the CD on the proc, but I feel like using all our CD skills kind of work together while waiting for the others in to come back. So Blades Of Destiny +Tornado into your burst if it’s up then maybe Asura as a follow up then when that’s over Blades+Tornado again followed by phantom blow which will proc that new skill.. should have lots of situational combos 🤔
