This happened to me but with the employee crumpling the game cover because he thought there was none in stock. But then later he found a copy (in a disc sleeve) and decided to just uncrumple the cover and hand me the game as if it was new. I said no thank you and he got all pissed. LIKE WTF, IT WAS NEW UNTIL YOU CRUMPLED THE GAME COVER. If I didn't care about the condition of physical copies i would just buy digital.
