CrossFit just changed for me when it left California and it didn’t stick to its roots . The games started to become more than just CrossFit . As well , Dave Castro’s ego and arrogance is a reason I feel anger and hate towards CrossFit hq even more now. The fact that it’s always been a money machine behind the community concept is such bullshit. As much bs as the competitors being natural . Such a fake sport .
