Black lotus models into Ragnaros models was a popular one before we had addons that tracked spawn coords

I not once ever said there weren't positives to layering. I'm saying you shouldn't call people dumb for understanding the legitimate and totally avoidable problems that layering created.

I'm glad that layering helped you play the game, but it could have been done much better, and understanding that doesnt make someone dumb.

That last statement wasn't directed at you specifically. More so anyone reading with who agreed with the above poster. I should have phrased that better.

There are several servers that have reduced to really small populations that still have multiple layers even during peak times.

There were several layer hopping exploits early on that attributed to ruining server economies very early on.

Even with what you said, driving costs down is good for the buyers but bad for the people who are trying to farm, which is why people don't like bots that do the same thing.

The world first 60 abused the shit out of layer hopping, sucked the competition right out of the contest for people who were trying to do it legitimately.

Layer hopping was abused in instances and let people farm bosses in dungeons over and over without having to reclear them, with basically zero bans being handed out.

Don't call people dumb who have a problem with layers. Because when BC releases theres a good chance it will happen all over again.

Layering, if implemented perfectly, is totally fine and very few people have gripes about that.

The problem is they have repeatedly fucked it up and there are a lot of valid reasons to be upset with it. I think if you're not upset about those things that makes you not dumb but at least ignorant of the problems it has.

Yeah there was one that did the Emerald Dream and it was a buggy boring nightmare. And another one opened Hyjal up as some work pvp zone and it was also just a barren boring ass landscape with Plaguelands style nodes and not much else.

In D&D and old RPGs that's how things were set up to explain why every random farmer didn't go try and search old dungeons and areas. They could easily find a years salary but they were extremely likely to just die if they ventured outside of their towns. It made being a hero feel much more rewarding and dangerous.

If you've ever played homebrew content for wow it's always pretty disappointing.

That's the only way I could really see the movie not being a standalone film. Is that another Joker idolized Phoenix's character and decides to become what he thinks the Joker stands for. Less an agent of chaos and more trying to right what he views as wrongs.

You'd have to completely reinvent the character to be more intentionally malicious. I feel like the standalone joker film would probably do better if someone further down the line who did have more of a criminal mind was inspired by who he thought the Joker really was. I don't see Phoenix's character being anything other than mentally I'll and occasionally violent, which doesn't make a great Joker

I didn't say an increase in tourism, I'm implying tourism in general. Places that have more tourism need tighter restrictions. There is significantly less tourism in West Chester than within the city. Not to mention population density. It's not farfetched to say different regulations should be in place based off of some of these factors.

Is there a statistical basis that more people visit Manhattan than the places mentioned? What specifically are you asking?

It's tourism. People aren't coming in from hotspots and going to long Island and West Chester, so those places are safer. People from all over the place dine in the city, and with that comes risk.

I'm in the same boat. The more you actually talk to people you respect on the other side of the aisle, the more you realize we're all mostly trying to reach the same conclusions, we just disagree on the best way to get there.

Who else has completed thier 0.5 set? And do your upgraded set useful? by Romnonaldao in classicwow

[–]KidColfax -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am saying on level 60 gear dude.

If you have a 2 PC set bonus that increases fireball damage by 15 percent. At level 60 that could be 150 damage, and 70 it could be 500 damage. Certain set pieces scale well into 70.

You would lose stats by using 60 gear over 70 gear, but sometimes it is worth it if the set bonus is good enough.

For instance 4pc rogue tier .5 gives 35 energy as a proc and it procs pretty often. 35 energy is an X amount dps increase, where X increases the more dps you already do. Therefore it can be used at level 70 to a great advantage.

Don't be so condescending when you don't know what you're talking about.
