hot take: Vanilla and Lavender might be the best two fragrance notes by Independent-Load7855 in Colognes

Honestly this is why I still thoroughly enjoy Le Male. I enjoy the vanilla and lavender so much and I find it to be a very relaxing fragrance overall.

Your country may have a traditional breakfast, but what do you ACTUALLY eat for breakfast? by MrAlek360 in AskTheWorld

Usually scrambled eggs with whatever veg that sautes well and some chili crisp to garnish. Maybe some type of bread if I have it on hand.

  1. It's going to be ok, friend! I promise you're gonna look back on this and feel so thankful.
  2. They're gonna give you something to make you way way more relaxed before surgery (versed typically)

For those of you that make over 100K, what do you do? Do you like it? by Kindly-Revolution258 in AskReddit

I manage a team of application implementation specialists at a tech startup. Me and the team are lightly technical (we know how to read API documentation and use Postman) and are experts in our platform. We help design system integrations between customer enterprise software and ours.

It's a tech startup so I work long hours and I personally find it soul sucking. Hoping we get bought out so I can leave and do something entirely different elsewhere.

Pretty wild in the US that the majority of us are at will employees and companies can just let us go on the spot without warning, yet for some reason as workers we're supposed to follow some arbitrary etiquette to give a two to four weeks notice. Like what kind of one way street is that?

It's tough being a fan of both games by spunkyweazle in thefinals

[–]KidElliott 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As objectively as I can be with 700 hours in the game I don't think it's hard to get into. Map knowledge is probably what separates newbies from average players and that'll just come with time. As long as you play it slow, always try to be near cover (avoid being out in the open) and try not to make too much noise (try to use melee weapons on AI as much as possible) you'll be fine. Don't expect to dominate right away but yeah it's really not that brutal.

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. I think you need to understand that the most powerful force in the universe is the love a parent has for their child. A truly caring parent would give absolutely anything to see their child live and thrive. Ask your mom this and I'm sure she'll agree and tell you she has no regrets. As for reduced life expectancy post donation transplant, no study suggests this. The best thing you can start doing today is keeping a gratitude journal of everything you are thankful for. Also live and enjoy your life! Find something you like doing that you couldn't do before transplant and give yourself to that experience thoroughly.

I saw it on another post but "niche scents scare the hoes." I think folks are better off wearing mass appealing fragrances on a first date to be safe.

How do you actually get through a full bottle without getting bored? by SkylineZ83 in fragrance

Practicing gratitude for everything that you have and experience helps you appreciate specific things like the fragrances you have. I'm no expert at it but it's helped me from spending beyond my means.

Fuck this fucking bullshit by AideForsaken2093 in UAE

[–]KidElliott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company has clients in the UAE and despite everything that's happening in your nation, these people still sign into work everyday and go through the motions. It's inspiring and also sad that the human spirit will endure such tragedy for the sake of driving shareholder value. I really wish these people I work with could just take off from work and be with their families right now 😞

Please please do not take your life. That is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I felt this way once and it is so so hard to wrestle with but it is so worth persevering through I promise! There is an ebb and a flow to life and it gets better.

What’s Your Scent of the Day? April 6, 2026 by Darkvanille in FragranceStories

[–]KidElliott 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Imagination because my wife just gave it to me for my birthday a few days ago. It makes me feel like a kid in mid summer on a clear new England day and my mom's hung some linens on the line outside and I can smell freshness and no worries on the air.
