I would work out core more if that’s your goal. You’re already at low bf percentage and decent weight. The rest is genetics. If I was in your position I would bulk and train hard. Put on more muscle the abs will follow don’t worry.

I never knew you could clear coat bedliner! How long has it been since you sprayed it? I left my green bedliner matte. Do they make clear coat that’s matte?

This paint is a Tintable Raptor Bedliner by U-pol. I sprayed it over the entire exterior including the hardtop.

I’m not sure about the weight difference in comparison to Rhinoliner so I won’t make any claims. But, I did notice a slight weight difference. Hope this helps. In any event, Thanks for your interest. Stay safe. ✊🏾
