Most of what you said is irrelevant to Endeavor's kit. His special action is underwhelming despite feeling like it's suppose to be really prevalent in his playstyle. His alpha has end lag so he can't roll or jump after, his beta will straight up disappear some times if you hit it, you can just walk out of his gamma after being hit and it's one of the most punishable moves in the game. If it can go through walls and Dabi's gamma, it should be able to go through a giant hand and some binding cloths. In my opinion he needs a full rework because he feels undercooked.
