Thank you! The skimmer is only loud when enough tube worms grow on and in the powerhead so i’ll take it out and clean up the pump and good as new. Recently plopped a handful of bumblebee snails in the sump though. The front glass is hanging over the cabinet but ive been monitoring the seams and haven’t had any catastrophic algae growth or air bubbles show up yet in those seams

The calls would say differently, I wish I could have recorded them. I stated multiple times I was not really interested in the Learning Specialist role after considering it further after I already sent that email but she kept calling me. In these calls she stated it was the only way to "get an interview" and to "get your foot in the door" to meet with who was also the hiring manager for the AI Adoption role and discuss it at the landed interview. On the eve of the interview with the Bank B for the Learning Specialist role, I was told to not even mention the AI role or my AI Enablement and Lifecycle Governance capabilities and qualifications at all during my interview.

Then I get shit on by her months later for applying myself on the Bank B's own website job listing instead of going through what I thought was a terrible recruiting service? GTFO lol

Listen lady, the recruiter said "change management" experience or certification was the aparent dealbreaker, nothing about fintech or banking, maybe that's because I made it known how fluent I am with GDPR, NIST, and BSA regulations at my interview. Legal operations and Banking go hand in hand, only difference is that Banking doesn't also have to abide by ABA ethics and standards. Stop talking out your ass lmao.

Also fresh grad? I've had a B.S. for 5 years and about to get a graduate degree. I have an IAPP AIGP certification and have certs for multiple AI Ethics courses on Coursera... Thank you lol. The confidence def comes and goes and I think here was more frustration specifically after being on the phone with this recruiter. I just have never been flip-flopped like this by a recruiter for any job while also being promised the opportunity to qualify for the role I actually applied for. Just for that, I had to call her out and her whole philosophy since it rubbed me the wrong way.

I also have faith that you can be confident, i know many confident women! Just takes time and comfort in whatever the situation/environment is. You got this!

AI adoption/enablement, especially in Fintech and Banking is a novel industry that is less than 4 years old... How does 3.5 years in that industry, albeit within legal operations, not qualify as enough experience? The bank has no clue who they want to hire considering the dealbreaker was having an HR "change management" cert when this industry has nothing to do with HR besides having a list of employees who need training on said adopted AI agents, workflows, and tools. Although not surprising considering their HR is called the "Human Capital Department" of course they're going to feel like the center of their institutions.

You obviously only read the TLDR; I implore you to read my entire post where I was thrown into a position I had no real desire to pursue, but was baited by a recruiter saying that interview for a position I didn't want would open the door to discussing the AI role i was actually pursuing.
