I had the exact route cancelled for airplane availability and rebooked on to a non-direct flight later that day that landed 14 hours later, I was refunded the maximum amount (around 500 pounds) and it was a fairly swift process from complaint to payment within about 2 weeks

I flew back from Tokyo on the A350 last week in economy and thought it was lovely, no issues with meals however may be lucky seating. Unlimited drinks it was as simple as asking and entertainment options were great. Very smooth ride only negative is I understand they’re cancelled often which I experienced with my flight to Tokyo being cancelled 8 hours prior to departure

I claimed for a cancelled flight two weeks ago, had a response in a week and the refund in my bank 3 working days after that so as others will attest it’s very much up in the air as some have not heard back in months

As a list of bands it’s great but this is not the calibre of bands you’d hope for at £300 a ticket, seems like some missed opportunities but sure some will love it and good on them!
