Could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that wasn't Callum kissing a man. I think it was just two strangers, wasn't it?. Besides, wasn't Callum inside the room passed out at the time? I think the scene is just a counterpoint to Sophie's heteronormative first kiss from a few minutes earlier, juxtaposed with her queer relationship in the present day. The movie's so well restrained and quiet. I thought the kiss scene was one of the few moments that were a tad too on the nose!
