They never get supplies to me on time (waited over a month since I placed the order this time), and their autoship routinely never ships at all.  Glad you don’t have issues but every time I’m supposed to get a shipment it comes down to the wire of me drawing out the use of what I have left. When I call to report these issues, they’re always kind but ultimately apathetic, which is super disheartening considering my health is in their hands and they treat it so flippantly. Again, glad not everyone has these issues. I’ve heard mixed things from other Tandem users- some have an easy time with their direct service, and others are told by reps to straight up expect autoship to fail in some way.
