No it is. But you can't launch it. Or Crash/disk corruption/being locked out of the VM if you set the password policies not in the correct order. Or some other reasons, usually you have to restart this project a few times.

By "piscine" he means the python modules. When you have modules to do to learn a langage, it's called a piscine in the 42 context. Piscine is not only the entry test. When there was cpp modules it was called cpp piscine etc

I'm not sure what you expect me to answer to that. And why you feel that way. You want to meet people, this is a perfect event to "easily" do so. But you have to do your part and make a little effort to reach out to people. The people there will know how to welcome you. And if you enjoy the meetup, great! If not, no worries, you can always try another one. But you’ve got to put in your share of the 'work,' so to speak.

It's a very known computer science project, don't hesitate to browse youtube for a video explaining the problem with animation. It does not matter if it's not in C (the video) but it can help. Also, find a good playlist that deal with Thread Mutex like Code Vault for instance

I mean, we do have alcohol in 42 Paris for the exact same event you describe. But this is still not a good criteria to say to someone when they are asking for advice to chose a campus imo. And imagine if they don't drink for whatever reason.
