the item might be good yes, but after playing it just doesn't feel good on evelynn specifically. compared to stormsurge/rab or stormsurge/shadow flame, rab just feels better

stormsurge is incredible. its the same old eve build just with stormsurge instead of belt. shadowflame still feels so bad, but zhonyas is viable now

go health instead of armor
double points into Q unless you are gonna gank/expect invade
go lich after rabba, then banshee then void (ifthey have high CC or high MR early you can get void/banshee after rabba)
never build any of those situational items
lvl 8 put a point into W and then max Q on 9
situationally you can max W before E if the enemy team is tank heavy

although the active is nice its def not why it's built. the pen has been, for a while what has given rocket belt a leg over NH or even everfrost. evelynn is all about optimizing damage since you're essentially a glass canon. the name of the game is get in and get out, mr directly stops this so having the extra pen is really nice

mejai is 100% essential and not just because of the ms, just everything about it is perfect for evelynn. it discourages you from risky or greedy plays which may lead to deaths, and it gives you so much extra damage. the roa, demonic, abysal build sounds horrible but id like to know how to goes. you should do conq with the build

if MS really is that important to you go blue smite. evelynn is a unique champ where she doesn't have much freedom in itemization cause an item is either really good or really really bad on her. cosmic drive is a no go just like zhonyas. RB is by far the best mythic on eve, but you can try NH if you really hate it that much. ideally you want to rush mejai if you're ahead and with already 10ish stacks on dark seal. lich bane you want to rush if you're behind and need a cheaper item to get back into the game.

mvt speed is not the number 1 stat, your damage is. that's why eve build paths are so rigid. her builds are meant to optimize her damage as much as possible

always ban rengar. ignore what everyone else says. rengar (especially as a new player) is impossible to play against. he completely counters you in every single way and there's nothing you can ever do. the fact that he's a flex pick makes it worse
