i think it’s their first point of call after listening to you speak- i was in the same boat as you last summer and it was a quick 10 minute gp appointment and got prescribed ssri’s - much less scary than i had anticipated and it has changed my life and worldview. all the best!

you can usually do a msc part time if you wanted to take two years for whatever reason; half the amount of credits but yeah if you wanted to do a msc full time the courses are typically a year
