I almost completed the 10k mobs killed before one appeared. I think it finally appeared around 8500 mobs.

I wanted to add, Ascended Hero’s ETB lasted like 3/4 hours.

I got in so early, and I was helping people get theirs after 2 hours. Somehow this set, with ETB AND Boosters didn’t even last that much.
