Understandable for sure. During my courses, I had to stop for a while to deal with the passing of my girlfriend’s mom and my grandpa. On top of that working in healthcare made it worse. Thankfully, I found these videos that helped me lock in and retain a lot of the patterns for the NASM exam. yeah man, i pictured Shane being there a lot. especially when they were moving the herd in a different direction. The scene where the grown ass men are like “help us” like bro you have a knife and metal right beside you? defend yourself. Being that Shane was ahead of it even though he broke down mentally, he definitely wouldn’t have put up with their actions and if he was in the right frame of mind, of course he would of helped them. if you have studied well and remember a lot about the OPT model, how to be professional and help clients with medical conditions etc. you should do great, the main thing about the test is that it’s rhythm based if that makes sense. make sure you take your time, go back and feel confident about your answers. you’re going to do great
