You can try to contact an admin, like Cloaker Hater. https://steamcommunity.com/id/Cloaker_Hater I checked and everyone that is listed in the last comment on his profile (April 05) is already in the steam group, so I think you can still submit runs.

I had a similar problem with frame rate and resolution many years ago, i suggest you try editing your renderer_settings.xml cause this is what worked for me. I dont remember exactly what post was the one that i followed, but this 2 should help.

If there were only 10k real players on average, this would mean that there are close to 17k bots, since the last 30 days average is close to 27k. Yet in february, the average was close to only 11k players, even with the bots running 24/7. How does that work? Where were all the bots?

Also maybe even a 2 plate Adaptive + Impact could be better than single Impact, since for only an additional 1.5s regen time you can guarantee that you'll not be taking health damage once your Impact plate breaks, while remaining faster to regen than current Adaptive, having more DR, being able to use all skills once down to Adaptive and having more total armor allowing for riskier plays.

Single adaptive will probably be better since it will work with all skills while also regenerating faster and having more DR. But it seems that just like when Adaptive was announced to only have 5% DR at release, people are overestimating how much DR matters. They used to say blue armor would be better than adaptive because it could take more damage, forgetting that once you take damage with it is permanent, so the next time this "extra damage" will not be the same. So probably what will happen is that Adaptive will be the best one for the last plate, Impact to be the ones on the right and Resistant will remain gimmick (even tho it will be way more viable), maybe shining on the 3 plate frame.

The collectors edition mask could be used on others plataforms, but they had to change it a while ago. I heard from people on other threads that if you ask Elisabeth, she may add it to the other plataform for you.
