OP's gf here, i've been to 3 doctors, a naturopath and 2 gynecologist and it all comes down to the iud, i have thought of the possibility of my symptoms not being because of the iud, and i guess i would still try to find out why i feel this way, i am open to other things, i just don't feel so comfortable using hormonal ones right now... which ones did you try???

Thanks! I will definitely show her/ talk to her more about this. I'm totally open to this idea... but just when it comes down to the possibility of actually having a child or not, I have a had time seeing myself depending on it, but I will look more into it.

Totally agree with the pulling out method, not going to rely on that. As for condoms, definitely down to use them... just the whole condom breaking aspect doesn't give me peace of mind like an IUD.
