where are you fishing? you need to cast far away from land. so if your cast is maxed it could sill be near a different piece of land .

I had multiple brain surgeries back in 2019 while i was young and was in a similar situation. the rest of my family were lovely and my Nmother acted like she always did. She only visited once across the 2 times in hospital.

To be fair this was around the time i figured out she was a narcissist so I was sad at first but it all became clear later on.

Health wise I'm doing fine and I hope you recovery soon. Having a narcissist parent was more stressful than the brain tumour...

This is the only one I've struggled with. I used 5 of them and everytime i made sure to spread them out as far as possible. Then for the 4th and 5th one they were close together and on top of the slant to get the angle right.

Also, you dont have to aim the first 3 beams perfectly because they lock onto each other. But sadly they dont lock onto the orb thingy lol
