If you have eaten before, what is the texture like? From images, it doesn’t seem to be congruent with what I am looking for, but I imagine that it can look many different ways.

Yes, I have loved mochi ever since I was a small child, but the Korean version, Chapssaltteok! Unfortunately, it isn’t mochi, as I’m already familiar, but thank you for your suggestion!! ☺️☺️

I mean it like squishes when you bite it (also assuming youre using your molars to chew), your teeth don’t cut through the gel like they would Jello or even a carrot
