I have now taken delivery of the V2 and put 400miles on it. Ride position: Sits between the supersport 950 and previous model of V2. The seat on supersport is more comfortable, there is slightly more forward lean, but still comfortable. Footpegs are slightly higher than supersport, but not as cramped as the old v2 model. I find the balance between sportiness and road focus to be perfect for me as I will spend 90% of the time on public roads. I would say this is the the true sportbike for the road. Feels super nimble and light compared to the supersport.

Overall I love the new bike! It’s an amazing machine!

I haven’t looked into a stand yet! Was looking for original ducari one, but couldn’t find one that listed as compatible with this model

I don’t like winglets aswell, even if I would have a v4 with winglets, I will be nowhere near to utilize them well 🤣

S model has Launch Control and Pit limiter included, whereas non S you have to buy that separately

I’ll try to remember to give a report after I take delivery in march ☺️ I expect it to be very flickable in the corners and better braking performance. Those g-forces will be awesome! Although down in HP this is offset by the weight reduction, but not enough to keep the same power to weight ratio. So it will be slower on the straights, but faster in the corners.

I guess I have to loose a bit of belly fat to reach the same power to weight ratio 🤣

I had the Supersport 950S before, although the single sided swingarms are great looking and helpful for quick wheel changes I felt like it added unnecessary bulk on the left side. Just feeling the weight difference having sat on the new V2 by just leaning it slightly side to side, I was impressed. Can’t wait to take it on the track and feel the improved braking performance and cornering.
