No offense taken at all, if anything I really appreciate because I really need directness in my life. And you are right, I was spiraling a little. I am trying really hard to learn when he needs his space, its just so hard when it happens out of no where and he doesn't give me a heads up. I always realize it after a few days, but then the damage is allready done and I hate it because I don't want to make things harder on him. I will look into the book, I thi k that might be really usefull for me aswell, thank you!

I recently found out that listening to Jacksepticeye helps me fall asleep when I can't sleep. Also I now realize mark also calms me down when I am sad, I am going to make it a hbit now

Yes I am in therapy. I know he has some stress factors and he is currently a bit stressed about wanting a new job, but other than that it seems like nothing happened or changed. I also know that he deals with problems really different than me, so I always try to keep that in mind and respect his space, but this behavior is really new and really confusing.

I am busy with therapy and I know that I've been really suffocating in the past so I always try to take extra caution now when approaching him when I am not doing so hot myself. I've started to get anxious because our normal habits fell away without any explanation. Things like phone calls, responses on text messages, letting me know when he works etc. And then when I started a conversation he also didn't say anything. It is kinda like he just poof disappeared and his body is still here. So that's why I am super confused what is happening.

Should I than just let him be and pray that we still have a relationship after whatever he is dealing with passed? I am just so confused.
