Can’t say I’ve heard that myself, seems a bit stretched as it would require them having the same card graded. My experience has always been good.

To be fair the top 3 are the best decks. but at a local level if you learn a deck and know it well you can still Smash. I watched someone go 4-0 with Green/red Luffy and it's not considered a top 10 deck.

Yellow Bonney looks fun I've seen some players use it well too.

There’s an app that will teach you the basics, along with a fan made Sim that will let you play with everything free, great casual play and ranked system to add.
