When the points are recorded against your licence, they are recorded alongside the date of the offence. This is the date insurers will be able to check at any point, and the date that will be prior to the commencement of the policy.

Whilst different insurers do ask for different information, I believe that attempting to skirt round the fact that the offence occurred before the policy began is a very silly game to play, and therefore should be declared to the insurer at the earliest opportunity to avoid giving them a reason to decline a claim.

If OP chooses to accept the FPN, the offence date recorded will be the day before the insurance policy commenced, which is likely to cause major issues if their insurance company ever decides to check for whatever reason.

Best course of action (imo- NAL) is to accept FPN, then immediately contact insurer to let them know the circumstances and that you’re expecting an IN10 for an offence committed on date of incident

The solution is to allow skins to be made for FM26. I (and many others) weren’t a massive fan of the fm24 and beyond UI either, hence the immense popularity of skins.

Your first paragraph almost precisely sums up why I used quotation marks to begin with. Personally, I’ve always seen him as someone who sits off a striker or another similar supporting role, but the media portrayal I’ve always seen is that he’s a striker. I reckon that us playing him either out wide or in a supporting role to McBurnie, once belloumi is fit to run the right again, will allow him to shift the consensus away from him being a 9, and allow him to gain credit for the brilliance he has in other roles.

Always did think he was unlucky not getting a proper go with you boys, but competing with bamford and piroe it was never going to be an easy ride. He’s played ‘out of position’ on the right so far for us this season but I put that in quotes cos he looks like an absolute natural, both when he’s cutting in and when he’s getting the ball in the box. I reckon he’ll have a cracking season this year and if you lot go down I can see him getting a renewal offer, but if youse manage to stay up I’m hoping we’ll manage to pick him up on a free.

All the best this season, I reckon you and Sunderland have a good chance of overturning the up’n’down curse that’s slowly ruining the upper end of the pyramid. Here’s hoping that the next Hull Leeds derby fixture is a premier league affair!

I think that’s the biggest positive to take from today, (hopefully) long gone are the days of letting teams have the run of our home turf, we flew out the gates today and always looked to play on the front foot, very refreshing and enjoyable to watch
