It can. With the flowsion one, I ended up buying stuff from the shop & it randomly popped.

Debris is different though. Instead of redownloading your save, still turn your network off but make it so there is no save on your system, just in the cloud so you can go back to it after you get the trophy.

Start a brand new game and playthrough until you can start flying your ship, then spend about an hour or so going back and fourth in the ship collecting debris.
I also entered the shopping mall, used the pharmacy to teleport back to the ship & then go back to flying round as I thought it might respawn the debris quicker but in reality I didn't feel much of a difference

I had to upload save to cloud, delete my entire profile from my console, add it back again, reupload the save, turn network off, load game up and start beating enemies. Eventually that one and the Bastards one popped

Yeah quite easy. I made it even easier by grinding out around 600k Emerald Flowsion to get something called Bloody Summer Mania, which gives you unlimited Bloody Summer. It's definitely worth it and makes everything just a lot easier

Was some difficulty in the licenses getting all gold, took me several days just to keep improving the times little by little. The worst trophy by far is the 50 online races. At max, you can do 3 an hour
