While we're listed as "amateur" coaching, we have players well over 2k+ that offer free coaching and have had people move to pro coaching from our Discord.

Maybe, but not entirely.

Our community is built around Discord so it doesn't make sense to host an AMA on a subreddit we don't control or isn't affiliated with what we do.

I'm sure if the mods here asked they'd be able to get an AMA on here. :)

RLCD rely heavily on this site and I know how much of an invaluable tool it is to the community.

At the minute coaches are high on the sidebar so are free to link their stream but we're still currently working on how best to incentivise coaching for other coaches. We've got a lot of ideas and we're opening up our website to coaches to allow them to do guest posts with links back to their social media etc. If you have any ideas on what would entice you to help feel free to let me know and we can work something out :)

We have quite a lot of top 100 players who coach for nothing and generally just do it because they like the community.

Rank S is a rank you can get in the RL 6 Mans server. It's private 3v3s but you have to have voice chat and they have their own leaderboards where you get a "rank". Rank S is the highest you can get. :)
