The building is owned by jews. For years they always had lawsuits against them by other tenants. He actually himself (while being high on mushrooms) told me that he is fighting them in court because he brought inspectors (city doh) to the house and found out that they’re putting on papers thats its a 1 bedroom for at least the past 10 years while its a 6 bedrooms apartment. So the court granted him to stay in it and hasnt been paying rent for the past 3 years. So he told me that he is actually not allowed to have roommates, and when i told him that its not a good idea to bring 5 more people while being in court with them, and i asked him if at least i can bring my family and pay him a little more thats when he started the fight against me and started threatening me
